Held three times a week, our group classes prioritise breathing, posture development and biomechanics. Come join us and learn how to move better, smarter and pain-free.


* We recommend doing 5-10 sessions of 1-1 before joining the classes

Mondays - Wednesdays: 6:30 - 7:30PM

Saturdays: 10 - 11AM
