Work Lift Balance is a physiotherapy practice that focuses on movement therapy and biomechanics training. We are committed to help individuals make intentional and meaningful changes to your movement and lifestyle to eliminate pain, function better and to lead happier, healthier lives.
We have worked with clients with issues ranging from acute to chronic pain, posture, weight management, stress and sleep problems caused by poor lifestyle habits.
