We focus on helping you to understand the cause of your pain and to come up with a diagnosis for treatment. Our consults includes any relevant posture and movement assessments. Sessions may include dry needling, manual therapy and guided movement to help you function optimally in the long run.

We offer group classes three times per week for clients who have done one-on-one training, and are interested in continuing their journey to optimise their movement for health. We recommend having done at least 5-10 sessions of personal training or physiotherapy before joining these classes.
